Custom Order Requests

Thank you for considering Little Cottage Cookie Co. for your custom cookie order! I am so excited to celebrate alongside of you and make your big (or small) moments extra sweet! I will contact you if I am unable to complete your request.

Special Note: When filling out your Custom Order Request Form, please be as detailed as possible, this will help me give you the most accurate quote as possible. Also, when choosing a pick-up date, please keep in mind that pick-up times are from 10-5 on weekdays, and 10-3 on Saturdays. NO SUNDAY PICK-UPS PLEASE.

*If you do not hear from me within 72 hours of placing your request, please message me through the Little Cottage Cookie Co. Facebook page. It could be that I have missed your request.*

Policy
Once requests are complete and approved, you will receive a PayPal request for payment about a week out from your date. This needs to be paid upon receipt. All orders must be paid one week in advanced, in full, before any cookies are made.
In the event that cookies are not picked up, the client will not receive a refund. I take a lot of time planning, baking, and making these special creations, so once I begin the baking process, orders are locked in and no refunds will be issued.

Pricing
Cookies start at $45/dozen plus tax
*Adding any extensive lettering, metallic colors, or intricate designs will cause cookies to rise in price at the cookier’s discretion.

I follow the Tennessee Cottage Food Law to protect myself and my customers. These cookies contain the following allergens unless stated otherwise: Eggs, Dairy, Wheat, and Vanilla Extract. (Cookies do NOT contain peanuts, but they are homemade in a kitchen that has peanut products.)
